Although I initially was open to moving, I was chiefly interested in staying at my current location, and did so, due to stability, etc. The newly negotiated terms, inclusive of multiple months of free rent and a significantly reduced rate, are excellent and the practice is realizing real and significant savings, immediately. My lease rate was lowered by a significant percentage and I also received tenant improvement funds and free rent. That was amazing on a lease renewal!
